Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

AICareersOnly operates aicareersonly.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: tony@aicareersonly.com.

2. What we collect

• Job seekers: browsing the site needs no account. We do not collect CVs or applications; you apply on the employer's site.
• Employer accounts: work email address, preferred language, and optionally your name and company.
• Listings and payments: the listing content you submit. Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive the payment status and amount but never your full card details.
• Usage data: aggregated listing views and apply-button clicks shown to employers, plus standard technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) kept by our hosting providers for security.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use only what the site needs to work:

• Session cookies to keep you signed in.
• NEXT_LOCALE to remember your language choice.
• Local storage for your theme and the jobs you save with ☆ (these never leave your browser).

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports only aggregated statistics (pages viewed, country, browser) without identifying you.

4. How we use data

To run the service (accounts, sign-in codes, listings, payments), to review listings for quality and safety, to send transactional emails (sign-in codes, payment and review notices), to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

5. AI processing

Listing content, not job-seeker data, is processed by Anthropic's Claude to pre-screen listings, translate them, compute the AI Signal score and power the writing assistant. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API data is not used to train their models. A human reviewer makes every publishing decision.

6. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run AICareersOnly, under their own data-protection terms:

• Supabase (database, authentication, file storage)
• Netlify (website hosting)
• Cloudflare (cookieless, aggregated web analytics)
• Amazon Web Services SES (transactional email)
• Stripe (payments and invoices)
• Anthropic (AI processing of listings)
• Google Workspace (our email)

Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, with appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices and payment records). Expired listings remain in your dashboard until you delete your account.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU or Mexico's LFPDPPP and its ARCO rights), you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and request a copy of your data. Email tony@aicareersonly.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is protected by database row-level security, and sign-in uses one-time codes instead of passwords.

10. Children

AICareersOnly is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 16.

11. Changes

We will update the date above when this policy changes and notify account holders of material changes by email.
