Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AICareersOnly ("AICareersOnly", "we", "us") operates aicareersonly.com, a curated job board for roles in artificial intelligence. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

• Job seekers can browse listings and apply for free. Applications happen on the employer's own website or by email; we are not a party to any hiring decision or employment relationship.
• Employers can publish paid job listings after creating an account.
• Some listings are "Found by AICareersOnly": our team found them on the employer's public careers page and links to the official posting. Those employers did not pay for or submit the listing.

3. Accounts

• Employer accounts require a corporate email address. We may refuse personal or disposable addresses.
• Sign-in uses one-time codes sent by email. Keep access to your inbox secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for the company you represent.

4. Listing rules

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. Listings must:

• Describe a real, currently open role in which AI is central to the work.
• Be accurate about the company, location, compensation and requirements.
• Not discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics, and comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.
• Never charge candidates fees, request financial or identity documents before an offer, or promote schemes unrelated to genuine employment.

We may request changes to, refuse, or remove any listing that breaks these rules, at our discretion.

5. Payments and refunds

• Listings are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe. Prices and durations are shown on the pricing page and charged in USD.
• A listing goes live only after it passes review. If we cannot publish your listing and the issue cannot be fixed by editing it, we refund the full amount.
• Once a listing is published, the fee is not refundable, including if you close the listing early or fill the position.
• Promotional codes are subject to the conditions stated when they are issued.

6. AI-assisted features

We use AI models (including Anthropic's Claude) to pre-screen listings for quality and relevance, translate listings between English and Spanish, compute the "AI Signal" score and help employers write listings. AI output may contain mistakes. A human makes every publishing decision, and AI is never used to evaluate or make decisions about individual job seekers.

7. Content and intellectual property

• Employers keep ownership of their listing content and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, translate, format and promote it on the site, in search engines and on our channels while it is active.
• The AICareersOnly name, logo, design and software belong to us. Do not copy, scrape or resell the site's content without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping, attempts to bypass security or review, impersonation, spam, or unlawful content.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that listings are complete or error-free, that any role will be filled, or that any candidate will be hired.
• Job seekers should verify each opportunity directly with the employer.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
