AI-Native Software Engineer, New Grad

About the role

Early-career program for engineers who build with AI tools every day. You ship production features in your first weeks and own them end to end, from design to metrics.

Two tracks

• Product Engineering (fullstack, backend-leaning): services and APIs on Java/Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL, Kafka and AWS.
• Data & ML Engineering: production pipelines and models for risk scoring, fraud signals and spend intelligence, mostly in Python.

Why it stands out

• Use AI across coding, debugging, testing and research, and help your team adopt it.
• Work directly with Product, Design and senior engineers on B2B fintech across several countries.
• Competitive salary plus stock options (ESOP).
