About the role

Fever is hiring an AI & Operations Process Manager in Madrid to scale and optimize how Secret Media Network (Secret London, Secret NYC, Madrid Secreto and more) operates. The focus is designing efficient, automatable processes across regions.

What you'll do

Design, launch and continuously refine operational workflows, removing bottlenecks and standardizing ways of working across North America, Europe, APAC and LatAm.
Spot manual tasks that can be automated with AI tools and internal systems, partnering with Tech and Data teams on scalable solutions.
Document operational playbooks and make sure stakeholders adopt the new processes.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data and local teams to connect strategy with day-to-day execution.
Define and monitor efficiency KPIs such as production time, output and quality, using data to guide decisions.

Requirements

Master's degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics).
5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media or marketing operations, or production management, ideally in fast-paced digital organizations.
Proven track record in process design, optimization and workflow automation, plus comfort working with data and KPIs.
Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying them to operational efficiency; automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) are a plus.
