Senior Manager, Regional Sales - Mid-Market AI Natives

About the role

Elastic is hiring a Senior Manager, Regional Sales to lead its Mid-Market General Business team focused on AI-native customers. The role centers on building a repeatable, scalable go-to-market motion that grows both existing accounts and new logos for the Elastic Search AI Platform.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach a team of mid-market account executives to exceed bookings targets.
• Build deep knowledge of Elastic's platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem and competitive landscape.
• Own sales plan creation, compensation structures and customer segmentation.
• Drive Elastic's sales methodology from the front and foster a culture of teamwork, transparency and continuous improvement.
• Travel regularly to support deal creation and closure, and partner with leadership across Elastic for a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading successful mid-market sales teams in SaaS.
• Experience designing and executing scalable, repeatable sales strategies, processes and frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, technically oriented environment.
• Bonus: experience working within an open source business model.

Compensation is base plus variable on a 60/40 mix, with eligibility for Elastic's stock program and 401k matching.
