Senior Manager, Regional Sales - Mid-Market AI Natives

About the role

Elastic is hiring a Senior Manager, Regional Sales to lead its Mid-Market General Business team focused on AI-native customers. The role centers on building a repeatable, scalable go-to-market motion that drives both expansion and new logo growth for the Elastic Search AI Platform.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach a team of mid-market account executives to surpass bookings targets
• Build deep knowledge of Elastic's platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem and competitors
• Own sales planning, compensation design and customer segmentation for the segment
• Drive Elastic's sales methodology from the front, traveling regularly to support deal creation and closure
• Partner with leaders across Elastic and the open source and partner communities for a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• Proven track record leading successful mid-market sales teams in SaaS
• Experience designing and executing scalable, repeatable sales strategies, processes and frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Consistent history of leading teams past quota in fast-paced, technical, acquisition-driven businesses
• Bonus: experience working within an open source model

Compensation is a 60/40 base-plus-variable mix, with stock program eligibility and a company-matched 401k.
