Senior Manager, Regional Sales - Mid-Market AI Natives

About the role

Elastic is hiring a Senior Manager, Regional Sales to lead its Mid-Market General Business team focused on AI-native companies. You'll build a repeatable, scalable go-to-market motion that grows both existing accounts and new logos.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach a team of mid-market account executives to surpass bookings targets
• Build deep knowledge of Elastic's Search AI platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem and competitive landscape
• Own sales plan creation, compensation design and customer segmentation
• Drive Elastic's sales methodology from the front, traveling regularly to support deal creation and closure
• Partner with leadership across Elastic and the open source and partner communities for a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• Proven track record leading successful mid-market sales teams in SaaS
• Experience designing and executing scalable, repeatable sales strategies, processes and frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Consistent history of teams exceeding quota in fast-paced, technical client-acquisition businesses
• Bonus: experience with open source business models

Compensation is base plus variable on a 60/40 mix, with stock program and 401k matching.
