AI Creative Marketer (Intern)

About the role

Plata's marketing team runs paid acquisition on Meta, TikTok and Google, producing dozens of new UGC ad concepts every month. As an intern, you'll join that creative loop: finding ideas, writing scripts, producing variants with AI video tools and reading the performance data.

What you'll do

• Track competitors and global fintech ads, spot emerging TikTok/Reels formats and share a weekly digest plus a reference library.
• Turn insights into UGC video concepts and write scripts tailored to the Mexican audience.
• Match scripts to creators based on past performance, balance proven talent with newcomers and own the production tracker.
• Generate ad variants with AI video and voice tools to test ideas quickly, helping build a repeatable workflow.
• Pull creative performance data from dashboards to identify what scales and feed learnings into the next round of scripts.

Requirements

• Strong creative instincts combined with comfort reading numbers such as spend and CPA.
• Native Spanish; basic to intermediate English for internal communication.
• Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools like Veo, Sora, HeyGen, Runway, ElevenLabs or Midjourney.
• Interest in performance marketing and fast iteration.
